Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Pinphy. By creating an account or using Pinphy, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live.
• Provide accurate details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We provide a travel planning workspace: importing and organising places, building itineraries, optimising routes, tracking budgets and bookings, collaborating with other travellers, and keeping a record of your trips afterwards.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sharing it with people you invite or publish to.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not break the law.

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. In short: do not break the law, do not harm other people, and do not attack or abuse the Service.

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

The Service integrates maps, weather, currency, booking and AI providers. Their data is provided as-is and we are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Links to third-party websites are not endorsements.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates legal risk, or harms other travellers.
• Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Pinphy is a planning tool, not a travel agent, tour operator or advisor. Please read the Travel, Weather, Currency and AI disclaimers before relying on anything in the app.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost trips, missed connections, lost bookings or lost profits.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty dollars (USD 50).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except where the loss is caused by us.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You may also have the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.
