What Pinphy's AI features can and cannot do, and how much to rely on them.

1. Where AI is used

Trip and itinerary suggestions.
Destination guides, culture notes and travel tips.
Travel Inbox link analysis and place extraction.
Translations of your content into other languages.
Trip stories and highlights in Memory Mode.
Packing list and budget suggestions.

2. AI can be wrong

AI output is generated from patterns in data, not from checking today's facts. It can invent places, quote prices that no longer exist, miss a closure, or state something confidently and be completely wrong.

Always verify opening hours, prices, bookings, visas and safety information with the official source.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing generated by AI in this app is medical, legal, immigration, insurance, tax or financial advice. For those, speak to a qualified professional in the relevant country.

4. Your content and AI

We send only the content needed to answer your request.
We instruct providers not to train general-purpose models on your content.
You can use Pinphy without AI features; they are optional.

5. Your responsibility

You decide what to act on. Review AI suggestions before booking, spending money or changing travel plans based on them.

6. Feedback

Tell us when the AI gets it wrong — email hello@pinphy.app and we will use it to improve the prompts and guardrails.
