Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you do with Pinphy — content you upload, links you share, trips you publish and requests you send to our systems.

• No illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities.
• No planning or promoting illegal activity, trafficking, or the sale of prohibited goods.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or targeting people because of who they are.
• No doxxing — do not publish someone's home address, phone number or documents without consent.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no non-consensual intimate imagery.
• No impersonating another person, business or Pinphy staff.

• No scraping, crawling or bulk-extracting data beyond the documented API.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, plan limits or paywalls.
• No probing, scanning or attacking our infrastructure, and no uploading malware.
• No reselling or white-labelling the Service without a written agreement.
• No using the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk invitations.

• Do not use AI features to generate illegal content, harassment or deliberate misinformation.
• Do not present AI output as professional medical, legal, visa or financial advice.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model weights or provider credentials.

Depending on what happened and whether it is repeated, we may:

• Send a warning and ask you to remove the content.
• Hide or delete the content.
• Disable sharing or specific features on the account.
• Suspend the account temporarily.
• Close the account permanently and, where required, report it to law enforcement.

We aim to warn first for honest mistakes, and act immediately for serious harm.

Report abuse to abuse@pinphy.app or with the in-app report button. If you think we got a decision wrong, reply to the enforcement email within 30 days and a different reviewer will look at it.
