Copyright Policy

Pinphy respects intellectual property and expects the same from everyone using Pinphy.

Destination photography and video shown in the app comes from our curated media library. Every asset records its source, licence, licence URL, commercial-use status and required attribution. We do not use images scraped from web search results.

Only upload photos and files you took, own, or have permission to use. Uploading someone else's work without a licence is a breach of these policies.

Send a notice to copyright@pinphy.app including all of the following:

• Your name, address, email and phone number.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• A link to the exact content on Pinphy you want removed.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

• We review complete notices, usually within 5 business days.
• If the claim is valid we remove or disable the content and notify the person who posted it.
• We keep a record of notices and repeat infringers.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to copyright@pinphy.app with your contact details, the content that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the content after a waiting period unless the claimant starts legal action.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed.

Sending a knowingly false notice can make you liable for damages and costs.
